Do you have to be a certain age to participate in the cash contests?

RE: monthly cash contests
Hello tjs2008,
To win a cash prize you need to be at least of the age of majority for your Province/State/Area/Country. Usually that is between 16 -18 years of age, depending on your location.
This is so you can legally agree to our Contest Terms and to comply with the contests regulations in your location.
All contest info is under the tab "Contests" at the top of the Arcade webpages.
Regards,
Admin

RE: monthly cash contests
Just want to verify something - people over the age of 18 are welcome to play on this site and to try to win in the monthly contests too, correct?
What I really meant to ask in my first post was if there was an age limit

Hello tjs2008,
Yes, anyone of any age can play all the games on this site, however to claim a prize you must be at least over the age of majority (usually 16-18) in your Country/State/Province.
There is no upper age limit, you can be 98 years old and claim a prize.

RE: monthly cash contests
Hello:
Isn't there a way that parents or legal guardians could sign off for players who are a few years younger than the age of majority, stating that they themselves understand everything and will comply with the contest regulations in their area?
Just trying to help the younger players.

RE: monthly cash contests
Hello tjs2008,
Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, players may have their Parent or Guardian who is of the age of majority claim their prize.
When they receive their Confirmation of Status email after a win, they would have the Parent/Guardian fill out the Confirmation information and accept payment.
By Law we can not pay minors a cash prize.

Admin
