I would like to know if there is a maximum cpu that is supported on this website, because I am getting a custom built computer and planning to have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ AM2 DUAL-CORE CPU installed, 5ghz total speed. Will the games be playable with this processor?

We have never tested  such a computer on this website., so I cannot answer your question fully.

However if processor speed is a problem, modern processors usually scale back to a speed that the accessed program can handle.

Generally the more processor power the better for flash games, so I doubt it would be a problem.
