I'd have to say, atm, Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Deluxe 2.

It would be hard for me to pick a favourite, because my favourites vary as I play. You could take a glance at my arcade profile; usually if I put up with a game long enough to get a top score in it, that means I really like the game.
